How to make our authentic Texan slaw at home

get ready for some great 'slaw

As seen in The Observer Food Monthly magazine, our signature slaw is the perfect side for ribs or our Hot Links for your own, make at home Super Dog. Quick and easy and one you can prep ahead!



1kg of thinly sliced white cabbage and grated carrot

37ml white wine vinegar
950g mayonnaise
1 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 1/2 tsp black pepper(or to taste)
1/2 Tbsp sugar

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, seal and allow to cool in the fridge for 1 hour. Can be kept refrigerated for up to three days.
