Three generations of our family’s Texas pitmaster knowledge goes into smoking-up our tender and distinctively flavourful cuts of meats.

Think: sharing platters piled high, individual BBQ trays delivered straight to the table by our wonderful wait staff, casual buffets and crowd-pleasing canapes. Whichever way you want to enjoy Pappy’s, our friendly staff will be on hand to make it go smoothly.
We can provide serving equipment, butcher paper-lined trays and eco wooden cutlery. There’s also the option of cutlery and crockery hire.
If your going alfresco for the day, we are also equipped with an outdoor pop-up kitchen!
