We’re very sorry, but perishable food products and gift cards cannot be returned. Non-perishable items, such as t-shirts and hats, may be returned. If your food products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly at 01539 898239 or email and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We reserve the right negotiate a resolution in case of a shipping delay not the fault of Pappy’s.

 To be eligible for a return for non-perishable items, these must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
