Pappy’s is founded on three generations of experience from a family of Pitmasters. Our slow-smoked BBQ is likely to be the most authentic Texas experience you’ll find on this side of the Atlantic. All our meats are oak-smoked out of our base in Kendal’s historic smokehouse.
This Grade Two listed building was originally built for smoking ham and bacon during the 19th Century but fell into disrepair after the Second World War. Now refurbished, this space is home to our custom-built commercial pits and enables us to provide that smoky goodness to y’all at home!
