What Is FUME BBQ Festival?
FUME is the UK’s biggest BBQ competition and festival, curated by Eating with Tod and Savour Events. It features:
• The best pitmasters from the UK and beyond
• Live fire cooking competitions
• Judging by YOU – the public
• Four bars, craft cocktails and beers
• Live DJs and music across the courtyard
• Over 2 million combined social media reach
But FUME isn’t just about the food – it’s the atmosphere that makes it unforgettable. From the moment you step into the courtyard, you’re surrounded by the smell of woodsmoke and sizzling meat. The grills crackle, the music sets the pace, and there’s a real buzz in the air. People laugh, chat and share plates at long communal tables. You’ll catch cheers from the live demos and the sound of cocktails being shaken just as often as meat being carved. It’s relaxed, loud and full of energy in the best way.
If you love bold flavours, good food and a great atmosphere – this one’s for you.

FAQs
How much is food at FUME Festival?

• A main-style plate – something more filling, like pulled pork or brisket
• A signature dish – the vendor’s showstopper for the event, often a limited special
It’s a great way to try a range of flavours at different price points without committing to one big meal.
