Smoked Turkey Crowns

We coat our birds with an extra-special spice rub (our own secret blend) to give an extra kick of flavour and a crisp outer layer.

Each of our boneless turkey crowns is brined and butter-injected pre-smoke to ensure there’s not a dry mouth around the table.

The birds are oak-smoked for 5 to 6 hrs. We baste and monitor the crowns throughout this time so we’re extra sure that our turkey is as moist, tender and flavourful as it can be when you dig into it.

All our turkeys come pre-smoked, vac-packed and frozen – this locks in the juiciness and all those uniquely Texan flavours while giving you the freedom to plan ahead for big events and choose when is most convenient to reheat your Pappy’s meat of choice. Our reheat method is super quick and easy (perfect not only for a busy Christmas Day, but any occasion, right?).
