At Pappy’s we love house pickling jalapeños! We are now making the most of these lovely peppers by making our own Smokehouse Jalapeño Jelly. This jelly is super-fresh tasting, with a sweet tang rather than anything too hot. Perfect with pretty much anything but our favourites include adding it to Texas hotlinks sausages, smothered on cream cheese or poured onto pulled pork tacos – delicious!
