Our popular oak-smoked baby back ribs show that sometimes the best, most tasty things come is small packages.
We use high-quality local pork coated in our own pre-smoked spice rub to ensure you and your stomach are satisfied.
These are our personal favourite finger-food option! Baby back ribs, when sliced, make the perfect addition to any sharing platter, as a side, starter or simply as a delicious snack.
