How to reheat and serve your Turkey and meats for a super-easy Christmas feast

Instructions

All of Pappy’s oak-smoked meats are fully cooked, ready to eat or reheat at home.

To reheat your turkey or ham using our vac packed easy reheat pouches, keep the meats sealed in the bag and simmer gently in a deep pan of water for 45mins at approx 70°c.

Remove from the pan, carefully cut open the bag, carve and serve.

Ingredients and allergens: 

Turkey crown: Turkey breast, salt and sugar brine, butter (milk) spices.

Ham joint: Ham, salt brine, cloves and orange marmalade glaze (containing Seville oranges, sugar, pectin and orange oil).

Sliced pastrami: Beef brisket, salt brine and pepper.

Cumberland sausages: Pork, pork fat, cereals containing (gluten) and spices.

Jalapeno jelly: Green bell peppers, sugar, jalapenos, white wine vinegar and pectin.

All butter shortbread with crystalized ginger: Wheat flour, butter (milk), sugar, crystallised ginger, lemon zest and salt.

Salted caramel brownies: Sugar, butter (milk), free-range eggs, 70% dark chocolate, cocoa powder, wheat flour, caramel (whole milk and sugar), salt and vanilla extract.
